Telemetry files, or TLE?

Telemetry files can be downloaded from the server in FoxTelem using FILE
- FETCH SERVER DATA.
You might want to make a separate directory for those than your working
directory, but that is up to you.  I run one directory for the telemetry
I receive OTA and another to download the server data into for inspection.
