The FoxTelem.exe file is a launcher that starts the java application. The
launcher is 32 bit. It will run fine on 64 bit windows, but as KC pointed
out, it looks for 32 bit java. One day I will write a 64 bit launcher
perhaps, but then we will have two launchers and people will have to
know/remember which one to run. So we exchange one problem for another.
