[amsat-bb] SatPC32 12.8d & Yaesu FT-991A (not an option)

Alan,
thank you for answering Clayton's mail.
I just wanted to get a few test results to be sure that CAT control
works with the FT-991 / FT-991A, before I replace the previous setup files.
