[amsat-bb] 2018 Corrected AMSAT Board of Directors Ballots

I do too.  I received my ballot today with 40 cents postage on the
envelope.  AMSAT has around 3000 members last count I remember reading.
That means it cost $1200 in postage to mail out the ballots the first
time.  Now the second mailing will cost another $1200 in postage.  Now
add the cost of envelopes, paper and printing.  How many members have to
renew at $48 to pay for the election.  For a small organization fighting
to survive financially this is not an insignificant amount of money.
