[amsat-bb] Rotor control with SatPC32ISS

Not sure what these generic statements are based on:

Using *one* Icom radio (IC-9100) in *split mode* with SatPC32 ISS works
just beautiful. Never had problems with doppler control and direct contact
with the ISS (school and astronauts) during many contacts and APRS (when it
was operational!).
