[amsat-bb] Rotor control with SatPC32ISS

Stefan, thank you for your mail.
For users who consider to run SatPC32ISS:
Use SatPC32ISS (instead of the 'normal' SatPC32) only
a. if you are using a single full duplex satellite radio (Yaesu FT-736R, 
FT-847, ICOM IC-821H, IC-910H, IC-9100, Kenwood TS-790, TS-2000)
AND
b. if you want to track an in-band sateliite with one of these radios.

If you are using two separate radios or a single half-duplex radio use 
the normal SatPC32 even with in-band sats.

The satellite radios allow transmitting and receiving at the same time 
(satellite mode), but only if uplink and downlink are in different 
bands, of course. Therefore SatPC32ISS runs the satellite radios in 
SPLIT mode instead  (it was easier to realize that in a separate program 
than to integrate SPLIT mode into the normal program version).

Please read also the SatPC32ISS instructions (SatPC32ISS menu '?').
