[amsat-bb] Satellite audio on 145.500 FM, related to ISS

The uplink was 437.050 w/ 67 Hz CTCSS.  Just a reminder since that's 70cm
to be sure to adjust for doppler!

The stations that were on frequency sounded clear as a bell.  So nice to
work through the ISS again after all this time without a packet digipeater.
