[amsat-bb] Adding an SDR for Satellite Operation

The SDR was on the other side of a duplexer, and that provided a decent bit
of isolation. If one were to have separate antenna's and a duplexer, I
would think that would be sufficient isolation.
SatPC32 talking to HDSDR or SDR# as a 2nd radio.
