[amsat-bb] IC-706MKIIG work through satellites

Thanks for the answer.
Maybe the colleges will advise the CAT system on optocouplers (PC817) to 
work through Orbitron.
Which stationary antennas for working through satellites are better to 
use, if possible, a silk on the design or site.
