[amsat-bb] Lilacsat 2 beacon

This evening at 0000 utc I listened and taped the beacon as the satellite passed my qth and it wasn't loud but very audible.      So my question is... What software will interpret it and is it available to amsat members.
Also, I use My Sats app on my phone and the up links and down links seem to confuse me and I would like to work it if possible.    Is it FM?    And are there two sets of frequencies.
