Hello

I am working on getting FoxTelem working

I am able to decode packets from recordings in the manual

I am not able to decode packets from recording at
https://www.amsat.org/ao-92-commissioned-open-for-amateur-use/

I am not able to decode packets from my SDRconsole V3


Any help  guidance would be appreciated

I think my first step is, should i be able to decode packets from the
commissioning recording?
