I could be wrong, but I believe Brian, WA1ZMS, holds VUCC on ALL bands through 241 GHz,
and has since 2012 (?). Having said that, there was a band changs a few years back... I
don't know if he's gotten VUCC on the "new" band now that the original band is no longer
part of our allocations. (From the east coast, not western mountains, too!)
A remarkable effort !
