[amsat-bb] SatPC32 Kep Update Failure

Hi!

I see the same issue when I try to update the keps in
AmsatDroid Free. When I select "Amateur (amsat.org)"
as the set I want, a pop up "Could not download file from
network. Kept existing element data." appears. It worked
yesterday afternoon. Unlike with SatPC32, the URL where
the kep files are located aren't accessible in this app.
Is it possible the updated file wasn't stored on the AMSAT
server in the right place, or with the right file name in the
appropriate place on the server?
