[amsat-bb] Portable operation from travel trailer/truck camper

Hi all,

Arm strong rotor is recommended, to go further a portable setup like
FT-1634 makes it even easier to move to keep line of sight.

The "twist of the wrist" for optimal polarity is often the game changer
between getting heard and hear.
