[amsat-bb] Logging QSO's into LoTW from portable operations

I just today started my portable operations on the FM birds...What is the
recommended manner to log my portable contacts into LoTW from my N3FJP
logging program?  Do I need a new callsign certificate with a /P and then
add station locations for each grid I work, or is there a better way to do
this...
