Short answer is you don't need to request a new certificate. I would
just use your call without any /.
Yes, add a new station per grid square.
I'm not sure how to use N3FJP with LoTW for sats though. The important
part is getting it to set the following ADIF fields:
Propagation Mode:
<PROP_MODE:3>SAT
Satellite Name:
<SAT_NAME:4>AO-7
If it can't do that then you'll have to manually edit the ADIF it exports.
