[amsat-bb] Finding myself

No, I'm not having a midlife crisis.

I finally got my antennas set up for satellite work and have been having
fun the past few days. I can hear the birds great and have made a
handfull of QSOs on both linear and FM satellites. What I could use help
with though is hints and tips for syncing up my signal on the linear
satellites. I am using a TS-2000 and SatPC32. Currently, I'm just
intermittently saying 'test' while using the keyboard + and - keys to
move my signal up and down while listening to hear myself. I've had
moderate luck, but it's been simply a matter of trail and error as my
correction factor has been +/- 3000 to get to where I hear myself, and I
never seem to sound like a normal signal when I do finally hear myself.
It's like I can never get it fine tuned, though I'm getting good
reports.  I just want to see if there's a better way to locate my signal.
