[amsat-bb] SatPC32 and windows 10

It definitely works on Windows 10, so that is not the problem.  (I also
have a TS2000).  Are you seeing the frequency numbers change in the middle
of the SatPC32 screen?  Is the "C" switch (top left) showing C+ and not C-?
