[amsat-bb] help installing SatPc32 on W10

SatPc32 is running on my windows 10, but I cant get the updated Keps to 
be seen by the program. I set the source files in the File menu to go to 
a public folder and that works, but of course that folder is not being 
updated with the update feature in the program.

I noticed that the files/Keps getting update is in my Admin user 
account. and that folder : AppData/Roaming is not shown in the drop down 
list when choosing source files in SatPc32,

any hints to get this going?
