[amsat-bb] FoxTelem with RTL-SDR

uhh.. here is probably the worst possible answer.. I plugged it in and  it worked. Chris told me it was experimental, but it worked on 2 different RTL's, RP3B+, RP4B. All defaults. IQ. Raised cosine. 145935. automatic gain. 200 cutoff, 512 samples. I know nothing about Linux. (I'd rather be lucky than good any day.) Wish I could be of more assistance.
