[amsat-bb] FoxTelem with RTL-SDR

Hi Ed,

Well, at least that gives me hope...  What distros did you have running
on the various Pies?  (*)  I had Jessie on the Pi2B, and Stretch on the
3B.  The dongle I have is listed by dmesg as a "Realtek RTL2832U
reference design".
