[amsat-bb] Can't Control IC-910 Using Gpredict/Hamlib On Raspberry Pi

I gathered the author is aware of the bug, but when it'll be fixed remains
to be seen.  I can manage with what I'm using now, though it would be nice
if I could get it to run on a Raspberry Pi.
