[amsat-bb] Can't Control IC-910 Using Gpredict/Hamlib On Raspberry Pi

Unfortunately the overlap between people who have the skills to debug and
code such systems, those that have access to the shiny radios that need
support, and those that actually have the time to work on such a thing, is
pretty small.
This makes it pretty difficult for issues like this to get resolved.
