[amsat-bb] Members Please Read

You don't cover up unauthorized spending and you don't spend money you
aren't cleared to spend!   Let the parties involved explain this thoroughly
or have an independent  3rd party do so!  Either way, we are all due the
facts, not conjecture, and character support statements!   LET THE FACTS
SPEAK TO THE SITUATION NOT OPINIONS!!
