[amsat-bb] Members Please Read

I'm not sure what the issue is.  If the organization was concerned about a
legal issue, they should reach out to their lawyers - it's their
responsibility to protect AMSAT.  Lawyers cost money.  Trying to track
which individual dollars were used doesn't sound like a productive effort.
