It seems that we're relying more and more on Internet-driven 
communications to schedule our satellite operations, rather than using 
our amateur radio resources.

Shouldn't we be getting bulletins through the satellite itself, perhaps 
on the telemetry channel? I recall this being done on a previous satellite.

Perhaps this is why we're losing spectrum allocations?
