Thanks very much Eric.  Interestingly, the PDF of the user manual will not
display the opcode chart.  Just shows the heading and the rest of the page
is blank.  O well.

as far as I see the code for the FT-847 for a 141.3 sub tone is hex 08 (p.
93 of the user manual) , for the TS-2000 it is dec. 22.
Therefore the entry in SubTone.SQF for a 141.3 sub tone for Icom radios,
Yaesu FT-847 and Kenwood TS-2000 should be:
PO-101,141.3,$08,22
