[amsat-bb] Satpc32 and ICOM 9700

Hi Erich,

But on 2 different computers running Win7 or Win10?  Same problem on both?
The whole point of using USB, is it handles both comms and audio. CI-V 
is a step in the wrong direction and more cables to worry about.
