[amsat-bb] Satpc32 and ICOM 9700

Thanks Erich

I know there are 3 players involved. The software, the computer+drivers
and the radio. It only takes one of them to fail for it not to work. I am
not a big fan of USB connections for 100% reliability and I should move
over to using the CI-V Level port to a proper RS232 port on the computer.
Too bad the Icom doesn't do a true TCP/IP connection on a port the way
the Flex radios do it and we got away from RS232 1/2 century old
technology. :)

Thanks for taking the time to reply. Thanks for all your hard work.
