[amsat-bb] Uplink Doppler Changes For FM Satellites

Confused why you think Huskysat-1, DOSAAF-85 (RS-44), CAS-7A  are FM
sats they are all linear so please don't be putting any FM through
them.

Current FM fleet is AO-91, AO-92, SO-50, Lilacsat-2 and PO-101 nothing else.

You still need to put Doppler correction into the memories on AO-91
and AO-92 not sure why you wouldn't be there are so many charts
available just to transpose into the memory software.
