[amsat-bb] Gpredict "Transponder" database update for ISS?

I don't think you are getting the latest set of transmitters.   The list I
have is:

Mode U/V Voice
Mod V APRS
Mode V/V FM (Crew R1)
Mode V/V FM (Crew R2+3)
Mode U APRS Digi
Mode V/U FM Voice
VHF-2 Soyuz Communication - FMN
VHF-1 Soyuz Communication - FMN
TEMP Off-Frequency SSTV
Mode V/V APRS
Tanusha FM
Tomsk-TPU-120
CUCU (SpaceX COTS UHF Communication Unit)
Soyuz / Orlan space suit
Mystery transmitter 137.6257
ISS CCSDS Data 1
Mode V Imaging
Mode V/U FM - Voice Repeater [this is the new repeater pair]

I am running Ubuntu 18.04, and Gpredict 2.3.57-2d80
