[amsat-bb] Gpredict "Transponder" database update for ISS?

It should be there.   I updated transponders about a day after the repeater
went online (I was the one who added the transmitter via SatNogs
transmitter submittal).   It's listed as "Mode V/U FM - Voice Repeater",
and should be the last one listed.
