[amsat-bb] AO-92: Lack of beacon

Hello Yono,

Due to what looks like a failing cell in the battery, if AO-92 is in 
SAFE mode (like is AO-95), during eclipse the transmitter coming "ON" to 
beacon every couple minutes apparently drops the voltage to a point that 
a reset occurs.   Then, the satellite is still in SAFE mode, so next 
orbit in eclipse, it repeats.  That is what the pattern looks like.  It 
seems not productive and likely to be harmful to that cell and the battery.

So, by turning the transmitter OFF, it looks like that prevents the 
reset cycles every orbit.  This should be better for the battery, and 
may extend our enjoyment of AO-92 in occasional repeater mode--even if 
that requires us to manually turning it ON or OFF, for special events or 
occasions.
