unsubscribe clutter

Sure wish the programmers out there could come up with a way to filter
out all this clutter!  Most of the messages I receive from AMSAT now are
"unsubscribe".  Maybe these folks don't actually know how to
"unsubscribe" but it sure amounts to a lot of unwanted messages.
