[sarex] Mir voice/sstv

J-P on voice and sstv 10:12 utc over uk/france germany. He sent a picture
of the soyez which he said was for use to get back to earth. Unfortunately
there is a noise burst on it due to the doppler just cutting in between
145.990 and .985.

I will put the pic on my site "real soon now" with a digitised version of
J-P's explanantion.
