[sarex] mir voice probs?

J-P heard twice calling "R0MIR sur la fréquence" as if he couldn't hear
anyone, no downlink qso s heard. 145.985 + doppler 1247+utc. No firm trace
elsewhere on 2m band, thought I may hav e heard on 145.930.
