I was really hoping someone else would ask this for fear I might look
silly... But what is Manchester encoding?

Also, I have been tracking AO-16, LO-19, and IO-26, and they all seem
pretty far out there, probably further than my basic MIR setup (1/4 wave
antenna) would allow me to work.  Or am I wrong?
