[sarex] JP on voice 8/23 @ 0847 UTC

JP came on voice at the end of the pass here.   I tried to connect to the
PMS, but it was like my tnc didn't hear it,  but  I could copy it on my
terminal trying to connect to me.  I had connected yesterday, but because
of all the digi traffic, I couldn't finish my msg.  Has anyone else had
this problem since yesterday?
