[sarex] Mir on Voice and SSTV Aug 23, 13:28 utc

Hi All:

Just thought you would like to know, that Mir is active on voice and MAREX-NA
SSTV.
I just talked to JP  during the last pass over Boston.
JP sent some nice pictures from his Digital camera and some Soyuz shots.

JP said, the PMS and SSTV are in the Prioida module and they will be moved
into the Core module.  Then the Prioida module will be shutdown on the 25th.
The PMS and SSTV will be put on line from the Core module until the Mir crew
leaves the  Mir station around Aug 27 (8pm EST) , 28 of 1999.
JP said, they will try to keep the Amateur Radio Station active until the end.
