[sarex] MIR - Voice heard over in Sydney

I did hear a voice (with Russian type accent) clearly anounce "R0MIR" on the
02:49:05 to 02:58:45 23 Aug, 1999 pass and I did call back "Golf Mic" and
heard a couple of other stations in Sydney (ie VK2BGH) call back but the
next thing heard was slow scan. Ineresting never the less.

VK2BGH - Henery told me he only received a very noisy slow scan picture.
