[sarex] Packet System on MIR

 The Packet system must of been moved as when I saw the beacon
I tryed to con - nothing - checked everything - then turned to 143.625
and Serge was talking , so the filter must not of been moved with the 
eqm - I can see were this might be as the last time the ham eqm was
moved to the core modl there was not enought room for the other ham
eqm [ SSTV ] - let along the Filter   - Lets just hope not to much traffic
on the pass's
