[sarex] MIR radio shut down @ 0937 UTC 8/25/99

After Sergi for WF!F and not recieving a responce, I asked him if I could
pass a msg to Miles and he  said he would be shutting down the radio
device, closing the module, and maybe later today continuing the radio
operation.
