[sarex] SSTV just ID'ing

 What a Shame - so far 3 pass's have been wasted with just the SSTV system
ID'ing in CW  -- lets HOPE Jean or Serge turn the PMS back on before they
get some rest for the nite.

 This is one reason why the ham eqm can not stay on while the crew is gone
as there is NO remote on/off on the SSTV - the Packet system [ KAM ] can be
Turned off via the grd ~ BUT ~ still if there was a major problem with this unit
it could be a problem
