[sarex] packet

Greetings All,
             During the 09:41 UTC pass on the 3rd of Sept. I tried without
much hope to contact the ISS, first by voice, then by the "official"
callsign for the tnc and finally using "Nocall".

 You will be pleased to know that the packet system has been switched back
on and once again you can Unpro frames via the ship.

 I have no idea if you are already aware of this but thought an email in
order anyway.
