[amsat-bb] Doppler adjustment proper procedure question

Just curious....instead of irrational bashing of ARRL (which looks after ALL
ham radio interests, including minor niche groups like sat operators) , why
can't the answer simply be to adjust either the up or down frequency? The
'computer control' has nothing to do with it, no?

The ARRL can't even get frequencies correct so it's no surprise they are
wrong about which frequency to adjust.
If you aren't using computer control to be able to adjust uplink and
downlink you adjust the higher of the two frequencies.
