[amsat-bb] Doppler adjustment proper procedure question

Because I find it extremely laughable that they are supposed to be the
Grand Wizard of all Ham Radio and they can't give correct info on
satellites, but I'm supposed to rely on them to defend my interests in
radio?
I understand satellites are a small niche, but come on...if you don't know
what you are talking about just point people to AMSAT. It was noted a
couple weeks ago on one of their posts that info was incorrect but
apparently they didn't feel the need to correct it.
