There are already a few internet linked groundstations. TELNET to
199.227.86.221 port 10001 and you will see LIVE every MIR downlink packet
over Maryland, Madrid and Taiwan.

TELNET to the same address port 23 and  you will see every APRS packet in
the USA, including the few packets every now and then that will be
received from several AO-16 PACSAT downlinkn stations.  We are building
this network so that you can have access to the packets not just in your
footprint....
